Returns policy
You may return any oil painting or art reproduction (print or greeting cards) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as it is in its original condition. You may also exchange the painting or print within 30 days of original purchase for an item of the same value. Customer is liable for shipping costs. Please contact greta@gretavilidaite.co.uk directly about any returns or exchanges.
Workshop Cancellation Policy
Please note that painting workshop and art retreat deposits are non-refundable. However, if I manage to fill your spot (there is usually a waiting list), I will refund your deposit, minus a £5 transaction fee. For this reason, it is advisable to cancel as early as you can and no later than 48h before the start of the workshop. However, I cannot be guarantee that I will be able to fill your place and issue a refund. No refunds offered if cancelled less than 24h before the start of the workshop (usually 10am on the day before).
Liability statement
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited or excluded. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Artwork
Original paintings are handmade, and slight variations in colour, texture and finish are part of their character. Colours may also appear differently on different screens. We take care to describe and photograph each piece accurately.
Delivery
We package all artwork carefully. Risk in the artwork passes to you when it is delivered to you. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging, and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
Workshops
Participants take part at their own risk, and are responsible for their own belongings. Please let us know in advance about any allergies, medical conditions or accessibility needs that might affect your participation. We hold public liability insurance for our workshops.
Website
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is always complete or up to date. We are not responsible for the content of any external websites we link to.
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example, severe weather, illness, courier delays or technical failures). If this affects a workshop or your artwork purchase, we will offer you a new date or a refund.
