Suitable for all levels of experience. Join us for a fabulous day of fun painting and learning amongst like-minded people.
Date – June 20th (Saturday)
Time – 9:30AM – 3:30PM, with a lunch break
Location – Idle Valley Nature Reserve, North Rd, Retford, Nottinghamshire, DN22 8RQ. Close to the A1 and Retford. A map with detailed directions will be provided nearer the time.

- Full day’s tuition: a demonstration and individualised teaching, advice and feedback throughout the day

The Idle Valley Nature Reserve is a gorgeous and tranquil spot for painting surrounded by water – River Idle, Belmoor lake and various ponds. This is an excellent bird watching area too. There is a great cafe and toilets on site. Please note that a basic level of fitness is required as you might need to carry your painting gear (light aluminium easel, a canvas board and a small bag of art supplies) 10-15min each way to our chosen painting spot.

If paying deposit only, the balance will be due a the week of the workshop. Please see cancellation policy below. If the weather forecast turns sour, you will be offered a choice of a different date or a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that the deposit (£30) is non-refundable. However, if I manage to fill your spot, I will gladly refund your deposit, minus a £5 transaction fee. For this reason, it is advisable to cancel as early as you can and no later than 48h before the start of the workshop. No refunds offered if cancelled less than 24h before the start of the workshop (usually 10am on the day before).
