Two-Day Landscape Oil Painting Workshop, June 21st & 22nd

This combo of my indoor and outdoor workshops gives you the perfect immersion into oil painting, first learning all the fundamentals indoors from photographs, and then taking our skills into the beautiful Peak District landscape. A brilliant introduction into landscape painting in oils!
SPECIAL OFFER: by booking both days together, you will receive your own Georgian 10 colour oil paint set (like this one, worth £22.50), as well as a discounted workshop price (compared to booking separately).
DAY 1: Saturday, June 21st, 2025
Time – 10:00AM – 3:30PM, with a lunch break
Baslow Village Hall, Baslow, Derbyshire, DE45 1SR (near Chatsworth House)
DAY 2: Sunday, June 22nd, 2025
Time – 9:30AM – 3:30PM, with a lunch break
Location – Hollin Bank Car Park, Stanage Plantation, Hope Valley, S32 1BR (near Hathersage). A map with detailed directions will be provided nearer the time.

- Your own Set of Daler Rowney Georgian 10 oil colours (worth £22.50)
- All materials (except brushes)
- Full day’s tuition: a demonstration and individualised teaching, advice and feedback throughout the day

Please note that a basic level of fitness is required as you might need to climb over a stile, and carry your painting gear 10-15min each way.

If paying deposit only, the balance will be due a the week of the workshop. Please see cancellation policy below. If the weather forecast turns sour for day 2, you will be offered a choice of a different date or a refund of £75.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that the deposit (£60) is non-refundable. However, if I manage to fill your spot, I will gladly refund your deposit, minus a £5 transaction fee. For this reason, it is advisable to cancel as early as you can and no later than 48h before the start of the workshop. No refunds offered if cancelled less than 24h before the start of the workshop (usually 10am on the day before).
If the weather forecast for day 2 is bad (rain or high winds), you will be offered a choice of a different date or a refund of £75.
